"Things had a rough start, when I touched the famous Co.op Mart supermarket system at that time, I thought I was dreaming," Mr. Son recalled 19 years ago. When leaders of Co.op Mart supermarkets visited the farm and production methods, they accepted a long-term contract. Since then, he has had to invest in building an independent high-tech vegetable farm that meets VietGAP standards. When the brand name Da Lat Clean Vegetables - Thao Nguyen Farm was confirmed, Mr. Son had to cooperate with a few units and farmers to organize the production of clean vegetables according to VietGAP standards to be enough to supply vegetables and tubers. , fruit for the chain of supermarket systems such as Co.op Mart, AEON, Lotte, Bach Hoa Xanh ... nationwide.
Mr. Son said that at present, Thao Nguyen Farm has more than 100 employees in charge of producing, harvesting and packing vegetables.
